La Quinta Resort and Club’s signature restaurant Morgan’s in the desert has announced a roughly four month long food festival that will run from July 1st to November 18 orchestrated by executive chef Jimmy Schmidt and Chef de Cuisine Brian Recor. The festival will feature various three-course prix-fixe meals that contain ingredients consistent with the harvest/growing season. From strawberries to cherries, and stinky rose garlic to lobsters, guests will savor ingredients that are at their best in terms of flavor, color, texture, and healthy appeal.

The menus are available only during the dinner hours at Morgan’s in the desert, which are 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. daily. Cost is $38 per person and reservations are recommended. For reservations call (760) 504-7600.
