Orange County is now home to ARC Restaurant – Costa Mesa, an American eatery focused on scratch cooking, a hands-on approach to preparing all food and bar menu items. The restaurant, which offers lunch, dinner, and late-night offerings daily, opened its doors at the South Coast Collection in Costa Mesa (3321 Hyland Avenue, Suite F). ARC Restaurant – Costa Mesa Owners Marin Howarth and Noah Blom present a restaurant focused on home made foods using only locally sourced fresh ingredients and artisan-crafted products that deliver original flavors into every dish and cocktail. The result is hearty, rustic, oven-to-table food made for sharing, complemented by fresh, innovative cocktails.

“ARC Restaurant – Costa Mesa’s culinary focus is on flame, flavor and finesse – every item is crafted over an open fire in a kitchen where there is nowhere to hide,” explained Chef/Partner Noah Blom. “Our goal is to embrace the lost love of simplicity, while satiating the guest with classic dishes that focus on fresh, farmed and vibrant ingredients.”

Blom’s open kitchen demystifies the culinary process and serves to empowering the community with visible transparency and the use of quality, whole ingredients and tried techniques are presented in dishes that do not focus on one particular type of cuisine, but instead on simple, fresh and global flavors.
