Knife Pleat is now offering its modern interpretations of classic French techniques to go! This week’s three-course menu highlights Esnault’s focus on flavor and artistic execution that has impressed diners since Knife Pleat debuted one year ago.
Following is this week’s three-course dinner menu:
pickled shallot, fine herbs, Parmigiano Reggiano, sherry vinaigrette
vegetable stock, baby zucchini, patty pan squash, basil
Pasture Bird Chicken Tagine
roasted eggplant, squash, peppers, lemon confit
sautéed mushrooms, mushroom consommé, parmesan, chive oil, cream
Peach Verbena Tart
almond cake, verbena cream, peaches
hazelnut crunch, chocolate crémeux, gianduja glaze

Knife Pleat’s 3-Course Dinner Menu is $58 per guest (does not include tax and service charges). This menu is available for pick-up Tuesday through Saturday between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Orders must be placed by 4 p.m. for same-day pick-up. Beverages available for purchase to accompany any order. KNIFE PLEAT TO GO | A LA CARTE MENU
The Knife Pleat A La Carte is available for pick-up Tuesday through Saturday between 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. Offerings include Ready-to-Serve items including salads, soup, desserts and caviar. You can also order Cocktails (each serves 2), Beer, Non-Alcoholic Wines, and half & full bottle options of Sparkling, White, and Red Wines.
