The Blind Pig Kitchen + Bar Launches New Weekend Lunch Menu:
The Blind Pig Kitchen + Bar in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA has launched their new weekend lunch menu, started on Saturday, August 25.
Created by Executive Chef Karl Pfleider, who focuses on shareable American cuisine with a global influence, the new lunch menu will feature dishes like Hiramasa Crudo with baby beets, yuzu vinaigrette, crispy quinoa, chili oil, and scallions; and the Bacon Cheeseburger with cheddar, pickles, and creamy mustard on a potato bun.
Chef Karl’s lunch items pair perfectly with Bar Manager Ryan Autry’s craft cocktail creations like the Two Peas in a Pod with Pisco, gin, aquavit, sugar snap peas, mint, and lime; and the Third Time’s A Charm made with Genever, campari, cacao, bitter vermouth, blood orange, lemon, and brown ale.
