Ways & Means Oyster House, the concept created in the tradition of world-class oyster bars around the world, debuted its new menu offering a variety of new appetizers, entrees, cocktails, and more!
New dishes include:
- Lobster Tacos made with blackened Maine Lobster, cabbage, mango salsa, and serrano cream
- Steak & Polenta which is seared steak, creamy polenta chimichurri, roasted garlic, and rosemary
- Blackened Summer Salmon – grilled salmon, arugula, jerk glaze, and grapefruit & avocado salsa.
Guests can pair the dishes with new cocktails such as The Rose Garden made with gin, mango, rose, grapefruit, and lime, and Remembering Carlos, made with tequila, chili liqueur, grapefruit, serrano chile, basil grenadine, and lime.
