Beginning August 6th, Marché Moderne will be offering four-course prix-fixe dinners available for curbside takeout. The new dinner packages will include a petit starter, a main entree, a salad and of course, something sweet from Chef Amelia. The menu will change weekly and the menu will reflect inspiration from perhaps a global destination, world chef or special ingredient.
The kick off menu on Aug. 6th will revolve around
“The South of France” with the following courses:
scallops, mussels, clams, shrimp, monkfish & halibut, in a Spanish saffron-infused bouillabaisse broth with fennel
potato, rouille, crouton
of Little Gem with avocado, cucumber, dressing au citron
Un Petit Choux Croquant
a La Creme Comme Une Tropézienne, Orange Blossom Mousseline

Pickups can be made from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday through Sunday.
