Lemonade Restaurant Group, a contemporary California cuisine fast-casual concept, unveils all new poke bowls offerings to their robust, seasonally focused menu.
Adding to the creative, chef-driven menu that showcases an array of hot and cold side dishes, slow cooked braises, artisan sandwiches, thoughtfully sourced meats and fish, Lemonade adds a selection of three healthy and beautifully composed poke bowls to their menu mix. The bowls have been curated in true Lemonade fashion boasting a flavor profile that is equal parts traditional and distinctively delicious.
Each poke selection contains fresh ingredients packed with crave worthy flavors. For those that desire more traditional, Hawaiian inspired flavors or are poke newbies, Executive Chef Alan Jackson recommends the Hawaiian inspired poke offerings, which include “Spicy Tuna Poke” in addition to the fan favorite, “Ahi Tuna and Avocado Poke,” (also known as Original Poke). The Ahi Tuna and Avocado Poke, a top-seller for Lemonade, is comprised of cubed high-grade ahi tuna combined with fresh avocados, tangerine, icicle radish and sesame, while the spicy offering includes tobiko and edamame.
For diners seeking a not so ordinary poke, Chef Jackson encourages guests to try the new “Wild Salmon and Ahi Tuna Poke,” which boasts a Peruvian take on traditional poke flavors combining wild-caught salmon and ahi tuna with toasted coconut, white corn, Thai spices and sweet Maui onions.
The bowls are all finished with a generous portion of ginger, shallots, seaweed, and furikake all served over warm, seasoned rice, making for a perfect fall dish.
“We are continuously developing seasonal offerings and healthy new ways to serve up modern choices in our own Lemonade style.” Said Larry Kurzweil, CEO, “Poke bowls have proven to be a hot menu trend and we’re excited to expand our menu offerings in this category to satisfy the evolving tastes of consumers.”
