Glen Ivy is pleased to introduce the Ivy Kitchen’s all new menu, courtesy of Executive Chef Micah Severeid.
Ivy Kitchen’s new menu offers both breakfast and lunch items that encompass overall wellness and locally sourced ingredients. The California fresh menu includes salads featuring fresh salmon, ahi poke and grilled chicken. Entrees and plates to share include the Blackened Cod Fish Tacos, Seasonal Vegetable Pita served with a side of cucumber dill sauce and the Ahi Burger on a toasted brioche bun. Ivy Kitchen’s new menu will also offer vegan options and share platters including Chicken Nachos, Margherita Flatbread Pizza and Plant Based Sliders made from bulgur and lentils.
Many of Glen Ivy’s culinary offerings and specialty drinks feature organic, locally sourced ingredients and produce grown on Glen Ivy’s very own property. Each dish is prepared with the philosophy of overall health and wellness at the forefront.
