New dinner menu highlights include Honey Glazed Pork Belly with braised apples, pearl onions, and micro celery, Butter Lettuce Salad with roasted tomato, Point Reyes blue crumbles, blue cheese vinaigrette and shallot crisps, and Kimchi-brined chicken wings with micro cilantro.
Sip on an all new summer-inspired craft cocktail, such as the Grapefruit Pisco Sour made with La Caravedo Pisco Porton, grapefruit syrup, fresh lemon, fresh grapefruit, egg white froth, Peychaud’s bitters, grapefruit twist, and rose petal. Or, try the Cucumber Zen with mint-infused Tito’s vodka, cucumber scented Effen vodka, lemon grass and yerba mate infused with St. Germain, fresh lemon, fresh lime, muddled cucumber and garnished with a cucumber ribbon.
