Ways & Means Oyster House Just Released New Brunch Items

Ways & Means Oyster House, the concept created in the tradition of world-class oyster bars around the world, launched a new brunch menu just in time for summer. New menu items include Shrimp Avocado Toast made with sautéed shrimp, avocado, crema, cotija cheese and pico de gallo; the I-10 Breakfast Sandwich made with thick cut Texas Toast, two organic eggs, bacon candy and Monterey Jack cheese; and Chorizo & Egg Tacos with Monterey jack cheese, serrano cream, and pico de gallo Guests can pair the new brunch dishes with bottomless mimosas and the popular W&M Bloody Mary, made with made with jumbo shrimp, brown sugar-chili bacon, olives, onions and celery. Brunch is served on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m.
