Bistango Welcomes Fall with the Autumn Pear


Bistango is rolling out its newest inspired cocktail, the Autumn Pear. Of course, it’s Irvine, so they have sunny skies and Bistango’s beautiful open-air patio to celebrate the best weather around. With live music every Wednesday through Saturday night, and lunch Monday through Friday fountain-side, it’s a perfect spot for a fall cocktail.

Autumn Pear was created by the wonderful Monica Frukacz, who has been with Bistango for about seven years.

From Monica: This cocktail was inspired by Chef Javier’s Balsamic Pear Prosciutto pizza, and combines the natural, warm taste of pear, the herbal notes from chartreuse and a touch of balsamic syrup for a pleasant taste of fall.

Pear Vodka (Bistango uses Wild Roots Pear-Infused Vodka because it’s all natural with no artificial sweeteners or flavorings)
Chartreuse Green
Balsamic Reduction
Garnish with maraschino cherry and thinly sliced pears (or green apples work too!)
