Whether you prefer white, gold, dark, or a blend of each, rum cocktails not only give serious island vibes, they are also a incredibly satisfying. Maybe your vice is a classic mojito, or perhaps you’d rather sip on a decedent goji berry rum cocktail. Either way, there is a rum drink for everyone in the OC to enjoy on National Rum Day, August 16th.

The Recess Room | This unique spot in Fountain Valley has a variety of hand-crafted cocktails. For rum lovers, try their Goji Bear, Rum DMC, and Love You Rum Time.

The Blind Rabbit | Navarro suggests the Five Spices of Death for National Rum day, the Official Tiki Drink of this 1920’s themed speakeasy. It’s made with aged rum, smith & cross, absinthe black strap rum, pineapple, grapefruit, Chinese 5 spice lime, and barrel aged bitters.
