Four Points by Sheraton Los Angeles International Airport is excited to announce Dorian Southall as the new executive chef of the 573-room hotel. Southall’s new role will be responsible for the daily operation of the hotel’s food and beverage outlets including Brewster’s Bar & Grill, Comfort Restaurant as well as the in-room dining, meetings and catering menus. Given Southall’s passion for food and innovative culinary skills, he recently introduced a new beer tapas menu at Brewster’s Bar & Grill which complements the property’s 100-beer menu.
“I’m excited to spearhead all food and beverage offerings at Four Points by Sheraton LAX and to develop unique cuisine showcasing the hotel’s beer offerings,” said Chef Dorian Southall. “Our beer menu changes constantly and I’m really looking forward to the challenge of creating gourmet beer-infused tapas and meals that guests will enjoy.”
