South coast Plaza celebrates in style.

And celebrate we did, at an exclusive, spectacular garden party at Segerstrom Ranch, a working citrus and lima bean farm in Costa Mesa.

Chefs Tony and Amar and their teams created a delicious four-course dinner and several mouth-watering appetizers to celebrate the opening of their new restaurants. Knife Pleat by Chef Tony Esnault with wife-partner Yassmin Sarmadi opens in May and The Hall Global Eatery, by Chef Amar Santana and business partner Ahmed Labbate opens this August.
