Greg Stillman has been named Leatherby’s Cafe Rouge’s new Executive Chef.
“With Chef Ross Pangilian’s recent departure to pursue his own venture, we are thrilled to have Greg Stillman in the kitchen as the Executive Chef, effective immediately,” the Patina Restaurant Group said in a statement. “Stillman has deep roots in Orange County with his time at Catal Restaurant, Naples Ristorante e Pizzeria, Napolini and Uva Bar in Downtown Disney. His experience also includes working in Northern California with Thomas Keller at The French Laundry among other dining destinations in Napa, as well as Patina Restaurant Group’s award-winning culinary offerings since 2006, holding executive chef roles at the Hollywood Bowl and Patina Catering. His experience in managing kitchen teams for large scale events is a great match for the caliber of events and catering needs of the growing Segerstrom Center for the Arts.”
