House of Blues Anaheim Restaurant & Bar is pleased to welcome new Executive Chef Jeremy Cantwell to the culinary team.
Chef Cantwell brings over 15 years of experience to kitchen at the new House of Blues Anaheim Restaurant & Bar. He joins the Anaheim team from House of Blues San Diego where he served as Executive Chef, developing innovative menu concepts with a spin on the brand’s signature Southern-inspired fare. Cantwell is classically trained in French cuisine, bringing an inspired twist to the Cajun Creole flavors highlighted on the menu.

Prior to joining House of Blues, Cantwell served as Chef de Cuisine at Bertrand at Mister A’s in San Diego which has been recognized as one of the top penthouse dining destinations in the U.S. Chef Cantwell was also an opening team member at The Grand Del Mar, earning the title as one of the world’s most prestigious resorts with Forbes triple five-star rating for its fine-dining restaurant, spa and resort.
