Dates Announced for 2020 Oregon Truffle Festival

We are excited to announce the dates for next year’s Oregon Truffle Festival in the Willamette Valley. Voted one of the TOP 10 SPECIALTY FOOD FESTIVALS in the United States by USA Today readers, they’re looking forward to another year of truffle hunts, decadent dinners, winery luncheons, educational opportunities, and so much more.

Join the festival on Thursday, January 23, 2020 for The Joriad North American Truffle Dog Championship. This event, recently captured by National Geographic, is the premier truffle hunting competition in the world, drawing truffle-hunting dogs and their trainers from across the country. Registration and tickets will go on sale this fall—stay tuned for more details.

The first truffled weekend takes place in Eugene from Friday, January 24 through Sunday, January 26. They are actively working on the schedule of à la carte events and weekend packages, featuring some favorite farms, chefs, wineries, breweries, and partners—and some newcomers, too. The February weekend in the northern Willamette Valley is set for Friday, February 14 through Sunday, February 16—the ultimate Valentine’s Day weekend getaway! This weekend promises a closer look at the shared terroir of wine and truffles with dinners, winery luncheons, wine tastings, a truffle hunt, and more.
