With its bright colors, sleek lines and modern feel Red Bar and Lounge, located at 17900 Jamboree Road, has made its way onto the all new Irvine social scene as the perfect gathering spot for an after-work cocktail, weekday happy hour and weekend gatherings with friends. — No matter what the occasion, Red Bar is the place to see and be seen in Irvine, Orange County. ‘¦ And there is no better way to ring in the New Year than at Red Bar and Lounge with friends, dancing right in to 2015 from 9 p.m. until 1 a.m.

Reservations are encouraged for New Year’s Eve, especially for large groups, but walk-ins are welcome.

For small groups up to 6 people: Booth reservations include personal table service for the evening, along with a bottle of Veuve Clicquot and a bottle of Kettle One. (Cost is $250, excluding tax and gratuities.)

For larger groups up to 12 people: Booth reservations include two personal servers for the evening, two bottles of Veuve Clicquot and two bottles of Kettle One. (Cost is $500, excluding tax and gratuities.)

A late night menu will be available all evening at Red Bar, offering a variety of light nourishing bites.

About Red Bar

The focal point of Red Bar is the bar a long, horizontal jewel box of cut glass and bright colors with a unique frosted orange bar top. Bright splashes of tangerine and red make the room pop, while communal seating invites guests to relax, get comfortable and just chill out. A combination of relaxed booths and flexible seating can be moved and shifted to encourage interaction and accommodate guests as they meet up with friends and colleagues. Bar stools, couches and lounge furniture make up the decor, while artisan craft cocktails and small bites make up the menu.

Locally renowned Chef Jason Montelibano from Chapter One in downtown Santa Ana has arrived, bringing some of his favorites to the table, like his sweet and spicy wings, bacon on a stick and 50/50 sliders. Chef Jason serves up a regular late-night menu, while signature cocktails, beer and wine flow.

Red Bar takes the “Farm to Bar” approach on both classic cocktails and modern interpretations, using Organic grown products along with up-to-date techniques to ensure that each and every drink is a unique pleasure. All of the fruit is locally sourced and the citrus juices are hand-squeezed daily. Signature drinks include premium spirits, sweeteners made in house, with sodas and mixers poured from the source.

The regular social scene at Red Bar starts daily after work with the best happy hour in town, when people seek a comfortable spot to enjoy casual music and wind down from the day’s events. The backroom lounge features a jumbo multi screened television to catch the game and allow for a more private space to hang out longer.
