Kabuki Packs a Pink Punch against Breast Cancer with Special Pink Ribbon Cocktail in October 2010

Launching Friday, October 1 (which is also National Sake Day) in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Kabuki Japanese Restaurant offers guests the opportunity to join the fight against breast cancer while enjoying a special rose-hued Pink Ribbon Saketini ($7.95). Available at all 14 locations in Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada, Kabuki will donate 50% of the proceeds from this specialty cocktail to the Susan G. Komen Foundation branches throughout the Southwest. Created by Kabuki’s Master Sake Sommelier and Beverage Director Yuji Matsumoto, the Pink Ribbon Saketini will only be available through the month of October 2010.

3 oz Nigori sake
1 oz Cranberry juice
1/2 oz Strawberry mix

Add ice in mixing glass and shake all ingredients above and pour into a Martini glass. Squeeze lime wedge juice into it and garnish with lime wheel. Serve in chilled Martini glass.
