Truff Mezcal Negroni

A smoky, spicy take on a negroni.


2 oz               Mezcal

2 oz               Campari

2 oz               Sweet vermouth

1/8 – 1/4 t    Truff Hot Sauce

1                    Orange slice

1                    Rosemary spring – fresh


  1. Combine mezcal, Campari, sweet vermouth, and Truff Hot Sauce in a shaker
  2. Pour in a fresh glass with a large ice cube
  3. Lightly char the orange slice with a brûlée torch
  4. Garnish with the orange slice and rosemary
