True Romance Cocktail is made with Spring44 vodka, Copper & Kings Immature Brandy, passion fruit syrup, pineapple juice, St. George Raspberry Liqueur, egg whites, lemon juice, Peychaud’s, and rose water.

Ingredients:

1 oz        Passionfruit Syrup

1/4 oz     St. George Raspberry Liqueur

3/4 oz     Egg White

1/2 oz     Lemon Juice

1/2 oz     Pineapple Juice

1 oz        Spring44Vodka

1 oz        Copper & Kings Immature Brandy

2 dash     Peychauds

2 dash     Rose Water

1             Pineapple Leaf – garnish

1             Pansy Flower – garnish

Directions:

  1. Add ice to coupe glass and fill with soda water to chill glass Using a shaker tin:
  2. 1. Add 1 oz of Passionfruit syrup
  3. 2. Add 1/4 oz St. George Raspberry Liqueur
  4. 3. Add 3/4 oz Egg White
  5. 4. Add 1/2 oz Lemon Juice 5. Add 1/2 oz Pineapple Juice
  6. 6. Add 1 oz Spring44Vodka
  7. 7. Add 1 oz Copper & Kings Immature Brandy
  8. 8. Add 2 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
  9. 9. Add 2 dashes of Rose Water
  10. 10. Dry shake all ingredients vigorously for 10 seconds
  11. 11. Add ice and Shake vigorously for 10 seconds
  12. 12. Dump ice and soda water out of chilled coupe glass
  13. 13. Using a Strainer and Double Strainer; strain into a coupe glass
  14. 14. Garnish with pansy
  15. 15. Cut ends off of pineapple leaf. Then cut small line down the center of the leaf vertically and place on the rim of the glass (see picture)
