Thyme for Peaches
This creative, cool, seasonal libation is perfect for relaxing al fresco.
1/2Ripe peach – skin on
Sprig of Fresh thyme
3/4 oz Sresh lemon juice
1/4 ozSimple syrup
2 ozFamous Grouse blended scotch
1/2 ozSt. Germain elderflower liqueur
- In a shaker glass muddle peach with thyme, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Add the scotch, elderflower liqueur and ice cubes before shaking.
- Then strain into a chilled coupe or champagne saucer glass
- Garnish the cocktail with another thyme sprig for a nice herbaceous nose, and enjoy!
