Sriracha Buffalo Chicken Dip


12 oz cooked Chicken breast
8 oz Cream cheese
1/4 C Mayonnaise
1/3 C Franks red hot sauce
1/2 C Sriracha
2 C Cheddar cheese
1/2 C Scallions – finely sliced


  1. Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and cook, stirring until well blended and warm. Mix in half of the shredded cheese and mayonnaise and transfer the mixture to a non stick pan. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, cover, and cook on low setting until hot and Bubbly.
  2. Serve with crackers of your choice, celery sticks, carrots sticks and enjoy!
