These shredded chicken tacos are perfect in a shell, over rice, or with a slew of toppings. Plus, you’ll have enough for the entire family or leftovers.


1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup chicken broth
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup salsa
flour tortillas


  1. 1. Add broth and taco seasoning to the crockpot and mix.
  2. 2. Place the chicken breasts in the broth.
  3. 3. Pour the salsa over the chicken breasts.
  4. 4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, and then shred with a fork.
