- Cut the fish into 1/4-inch pieces.Put in a glass bowl with all the citrus juices and salt.Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
- In the meanwhile, chop the onion, tomato and jalapeno.Cut them all the same size, about 1/4-inch just like the fish.Put all of the chopped items, cilantro and cracked pepper into a bowl and add Sriracha.
- After the fish is done (at least 20 minutes) add both of the bowls of ingredients together.
- Mix thoroughly and enjoy with chips.
