Ramos Gin Fizz
A cooling Gin Fizz is the perfect addition to any brunch or happy hour
2 oz Gin
½ oz Orange Flower Water
1 ½ oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Syrup De Gomme
1 oz Heavy Cream
1 Egg White
1 oz Soda water
- GLASS: Collins
- GARNISH: Orange Twist
- Add all ingredients (except Soda Water) to a cocktail shaker with NO ice and shake vigorously for 2-3 minutes.
- Add ice to shaker and hard shake for a further 2-3 minutes.
- Pour into a collins glass with ice and pour Soda Water on top to create foam.
