This Jambalaya Pasta is a tasty and delicious meal and I love that it is really easy to make.

sauce (Louisiana Creole Imagine® Culinary Simmer)
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (chopped)
1 pound kielbasa (chopped into round pieces)
2 cups bow-tie pasta (cooked)
1/2 teaspoon parsley

  1. 1. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  2. 2. Sear the chicken and kielbasa for 3 minutes (about 1 1/2 minutes on each side) until it is lightly browned.
  3. 3. Reduce to medium heat. Pour in the simmer sauce and stir gently. Add in the parsley. Allow to simmer until the chicken and kielbasa are fully cooked.
  4. 4. Add in the cooked pasta and stir until combine. Continue to simmer for a couple of minutes or until heated through.
