Duck Leg Confit
Slow oven-cooked duck legs with crispy skin.
1 Duck leg confit 7 oz package – frozen
- Defreeze for 8-10 hours in your fridge.
- Pre-heat oven at 380 F degrees.
- Remove duck from packaging and remove duck fat.
- Place in a pan in the oven for 20 min, till heated through and crispy skin.
- Serve right away.
