Dilbert’s Honey, White Chocolate, Macadamia Nut Cookies

Fresh baked cookies starring the beautifully balanced nature of honey


3 C All-purpose flour
1 t Baking soda
1/2 t Salt
1 C Butter
3/4 C Brown sugar
10 T Raw honey
2 Large eggs
1 1/2 t Vanilla extract
1 t Cardamom powder
1 C White chocolate chip
1 C Macadamia nuts – chopped


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cream butter and sugar in electric mixer.
  3. Add eggs, 8 T of honey, vanilla and cardamom,and blend until smooth.
  4. Add the flour, salt, baking soda, Macadamia nuts and chocolate chips.
  5. Drop dough onto greased cookie sheet, drizzle leftover honey on top.
  6. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes based on size of cookie.
  7. Enjoy while still warm!
