Dairy Free Tomato Soup
Dairy free tomato soup with buttery croutons.
For the croutons:
3 French bread slice – cubed
1 Garlic clove – minced
4 T Milkadamia buttery spread
1 T Herb of your choice – dried
For the soup:
1 Vegan tomato soup can
1 C Milkadamia unsweetened
- To make the croutons:
- Combine crouton ingredients into a pan, and warm over low heat.
- Then transfer to a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10 minutes on 350-degrees.
- To make the soup:
- Mix the vegan tomato soup and unsweetened Milkadamia into a pan, and warm over low heat.
- Transfer the tomato soup to a small bowl and add finished croutons.
- Now you’re cooking with milkadamia!
