Dairy free tomato soup with buttery croutons.

Ingredients:

For the croutons:

3    French bread slice – cubed

1    Garlic clove – minced

4 T Milkadamia buttery spread

1 T Herb of your choice – dried

For the soup:

1    Vegan tomato soup can

1 C Milkadamia unsweetened

Directions:

  1. To make the croutons:

  3. Combine crouton ingredients into a pan, and warm over low heat.

  5. Then transfer to a baking sheet.

  7. Bake for 10 minutes on 350-degrees.

  9. To make the soup:

  11. Mix the vegan tomato soup and unsweetened Milkadamia into a pan, and warm over low heat.

  13. Transfer the tomato soup to a small bowl and add finished croutons.

  15. Now you’re cooking with milkadamia!
