1 package frozen peas
2 shallots, sliced
5 garlic cloves
3-4 cups vegetable stock
1t lemon juice
Pinch salt

Directions:

  3. 3. Once the peas are soft, put them in a blender with the rest of the ingredients.
  4. 4. Blend until very smooth.
