Chef Sam’s Mignonette
Chef Sam’s Mignonette is a side served with oysters to give more flavor to the oyster.
1/2 C Shallots – minced
1/2 C Red Wine Vinegar
pinch Cracked Black Pepper
pinch Tarragon – chopped
- Combine. Steep overnight in refrigerator. Serve chilled.
