This recipe created by The Ritz-Carlton, Laguna Niguel resort’s resident mixologist, Erin Snider. They were made to complement Chef Wan’s hand-crafted ceviche, which drew inspiration from the rich and flavorful regions of Mexico, Peru and Asia.

The Caipirinha is a back-to-basics cocktail made with Cachaca (a distilled spirit made from sugarcane juice) a popular distilled alcoholic beverage


2 packets Sugar in the Raw
Splash of Lime Juice
One squeeze Fresh Lime (drop wedge in glass)
1.5 oz. Cachaca


  1. Mix
  2. Fill with Soda Water
