Blind Pig Kitchen and Bar (The) – Yorba Linda – Summer 2019 – Opening Soon

Due to popular demand, critically-acclaimed Rancho Santa Margarita-based restaurant The Blind Pig Kitchen + Bar has announced the expansion of its concept to Yorba Linda, CA.

The new restaurant, with Executive Chef Karl Pfleider at the helm, will open at the new Yorba Linda Town Center with more extensive culinary offerings for lunch and dinner, including an emphasis on dry-aged steaks and other cuts of meat, exceptional craft cocktail menus, extended hours and an intimate chef’s table where Chef Pfleider can experiment with customized tasting menus.

The soon-to-open Yorba Linda location will feature an open kitchen and intimate chef’s table with four seats located off the lively kitchen with a full view of the action, allowing Chef Pfleider to create customized menus for advance bookings. Designed by Malibu-based Bitton Design Group (additional projects include Olea in Newport Beach and Ironwood in Laguna Hills), the 3,000 sq. ft. space has an industrial feel with exposed brass pipes but also stays within the prohibition era look and feel with exposed brick, wooden details and more. There is also an outdoor patio for diners to enjoy their meals al fresco.

The Blind Pig in Yorba Linda will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner, an extension of the RSM locations hours (open for dinner 6 days a week and brunch on Saturday and Sunday). The bar will have the capacity to seat over 20 guests, while the restaurant will seat 110 indoors and 20 outdoors.

The Blind Pig Kitchen + Bar serves up seasonal, chef-driven gourmet new-American cuisine, by Executive Chef Karl Pfleider, with an expansive selection of craft beers and specialty craft cocktails, curated by Bar Manager Ryan Autry. The speakeasy-style bar and eatery’s menus change seasonally with eclectic and imaginative choices, as well as classic mainstays, promising something for everyone.
