Sandro Nardone, who is known for his Italian food, creates dishes that are the closest you’ll get to Italian without traveling to Italy.
Nardone began doing multi-course pop-up dinners earlier this year, after leaving Angelina’s Pizzeria Napoletana. He has plans for a dining establishment of his own, with details still in the works. The restaurant is planned for somewhere in Newport Beach, opening in the Spring of 2019.
