Ingredients: Fresh Scallops, Eggplant, Capers, Ground Cherries, Carmen Peppers, Gold Cipollini Onions, Cherry Tomatoes
Champalou, Chenin Blanc, Loire Valley, France
If you don’t want to purchase the package, don’t let that stop you from attending. Everyone is invited to participate. You can buy the ingredients at your local grocery and farmers market and join in on the fun.
Joining the call is farmer Jerry Boone of Froggy Meadow Farms. He will give information about the produce used in the cooking demo and tour his incredible farm.
Chef Sarah also will be joined by Jared Batson as moderator. Jared served as a board member of Green City Market and operated his popular wood-fired catering business for more than four years before moving to New York. He now runs a chef-driven consulting business there.
