Xiao Bao Biscuit (HÄ‚O CHÄª)
Xiao Bao Biscuit, affectionately referred to as XBB’ by locals, focuses on inspiring Asian comfort food. Chef Joshua Walker and his team create some of Charleston’s most memorable cuisine with complex, balanced flavors inspired by their travels and favorite foods from Chiangmai to Chengdu.
For their Signature Dinner, Guest Chef JoÃ«l Watanabe from internationally acclaimed Bao Bei Chinese Brasserie (Vancouver, Canada) brings his own unique understanding of Chinese and Asian flavors to the Xiao Bao Biscuit kitchen for an exciting meal inspired by the tradition of Dim Sum. Beverage pairing will include a variety of cocktails, wine, beer and tea to complement the multi-course meal.
