There is still time to join us at Knife Pleat for our Winter Black Truffle Dinner this Wednesday, February 5th. Each course of Chef Tony Esnault’s 6-course menu includes freshly shaved Black Truffles from Perigord, France. Christopher Poron, President of Plantin Truffle Company, will be joining us from France to visit with guests, answer questions, and talk about the magic of France’s Black Diamond!
