Owners Ruth and Tony Bedi, along with Executive Chef Ugo Allesina, have come up with an impeccable menu. A different Greg Norman Estates premium wine will accompany each course. And there will be tastings of the season’s best organic fruits and vegetables from Melissa’s.
Cathy will be on hand to sign her new book (“Melissa’s Everyday Cooking with Organic Produce), plus there will be time to chat … and, of course, eat and drink.
