Join Chapter One: The Modern Local in Santa Ana ahead of Mother’s Day for five courses of seafood paired with five delicious summer wines. Available for $75 per person.

First Course:

  • Salmon Toast (smoked salmon, housemade focaccia, tomato jam, burrata, avocado)

Second Course:

  • Sardines (roasted spanish sardine, arugula pesto, fennel salad, pickled shallots)
