Wild & Slow Sourdough

Class Time: 6:30pm – 9pm
Instructor: Sara Lezama

Sara Lezama of RYE GOODS, an all organic company, will show you how to bake sourdough bread in the comfort of your own home in this new Wild & Slow Organic Sourdough Bread Class! You will learn how to create a wild, natural starter and keep it healthy and thriving. Sara will also show you how to mix, fold, and shape a beautiful loaf of fermented sourdough. This workshop will get you HANDS ON with freshly milled flours! After the class, you will get to take home your new starter, your shaped loaf of bread, and a new bread basket to get you started.

Class Fees: $100 (includes starter, shaped loaf of bread, and bread basket)

Must be 16 years of age or older to attend

There is a $5 cancellation fee if you would like to cancel your spot more than 48 hours prior to the start of class. There will be NO REFUNDS given for cancellations within 48 hours of the start of class.

Please note that you must be a MEMBER in order to purchase products and participate in classes at Fermentation Farm. Anyone interested in attending who is not currently a member may purchase a membership the night of the class.
