Executive Chef Phil Kastel will debut the hearty and flavorful fish served pan seared or simply grilled at only select locations (i.e., Palm Desert, Newport Beach, Irvine, Santa Monica, San Francisco, Brentwood, Studio City, Burbank, LA on Century Blvd., downtown LA,Seattle, Wash DC, Bethesda, MD and Tysons Corner, VA) Kastel said that the pan seared wild salmon will be served with Shiitake mushrooms, red bell peppers, green onions and asparagus atop noodles and sauteed with a cilantro Asian vinaigrette.It’s priced at $32.95.
