Wild Olive Signature Dinner
Located under the beautiful live oaks of Johns Island, SC is a quaint restaurant that reminds guests how a good dining experience isn’t necessarily in the city. Locals and guests travel outside of the peninsula to the farmlands of Charleston to enjoy an unforgettable Italian dining experience with Executive Chef Jacques Larson and his team. Adhering to the guidelines of the Green Restaurant Association, Wild Olive composts well over half of their waste in an effort to support sustainability.
Each course for Wild Olive’s Signature Dinner is crafted with local infusions of flavor and farm produce and paired with a perfectly picked wine. Joining Executive Chef Jacques Larson is Guest Chef Matt Bolus of 404 Kitchen for a night of sublime Italian cuisine fused with Lowcountry flair. Chef Bolus says, “I’m thrilledto return to Charleston to cook with an old friend, Jacques Larson.
