On Thursday, September 27, beginning at 7 p.m., Northern Italian restaurant Locanda del Lago in Santa Monica debuts the first fall installment of its Morso della Bestia (or “Bite of the Beast”) whole-animal dinner series, offering a five-course menu featuring Guinea Hen ($42 per person, not including tax and gratuity).
Guests may also enjoy unlimited carafes of red and white table wine (additional $18 per person), or opt for a pairing menu curated by Locanda del Lago’;s wine director (additional $30+ per person).
