Chef Bernard Mairinger is back in the kitchen!

Mairinger will be doing a weekend of pop-up dinners via Mairinger Bernhard Kitchen on Friday, September 29 through Sunday, October at Silaa Thai Restaurant.

The menu:

Amuse bouche – treat from the chef


Herb Cured Ocean Trout with creamy potato mousse, ikura, pickled wasabi root and heirloom baby beets


Creamy pumpkin soup with Styrian pumpkin seed oil and pork lard crostini


Original Veal Schnitzel with organic market greens

and lingonberry vinaigrette


Seared Venison loin with braised savoy cabbage, Riesling poached pear and organic root vegetables


Homemade Apple-Grape Strudel with vanilla ice cream
