On Wednesday, January 18th, join Chef Alan Greeley at The Golden Truffle in Costa Mesa for Wednesday Night Soul Food. The menu will include the following items:

House Cured Tuna Salad with Greens Piquillo Peppers & Sherry Vinaigrette

Chicken Valenciawith Lemon, Herbs, Olives, Raisins, Pimento & Saffron Rice

Fresh Cheese Curd with Almond Marinated Oranges$25 per person

Strictly authentic & no substitutions like, “easy on the salt”, “no oil”, “light dressing” you get the picture.

Affordable – twenty-five dollar ceiling – Most of the time.  It’s the only food we serve that night.

No burgers, kids meals, Caesar salads, mac & cheese.
