The Grand Del Mar Executive Chef Jason McLeod and Wine Director Jesse Rodriguez have collaborated on an oh-so-very romantic menu for Valentine’ Day. Open only to men who would like to prepare this meal with Chef McLeod to take home to that special someone along with two half bottles of wine chosen by Wine Director Rodriguez to “bridge the meal: Roasted Butternut Squash Soup; Slow-Roasted Beef Tenderloin with Red Wine Jus; Celery Root Puree; Thumbelina Carrots; Fine Green Beans; Warm Chocolate Cake and Brandied Cherries.

$215 per person, includes take-home dinner and wines for two.
