Offered on both February 14th and February 15th, the menu includes entrées such as Potato Horseradish-Crusted Salmon with mustard cream sauce and green beans as well as Five Crowns’ signature California Cut Prime Ribs of Beef with Yorkshire pudding, au jus, whipped cream organic horseradish and your choice of two sides. The dinner also includes dessert options like the Vanilla Bean Crème Brûlée with mixed berries or Profiteroles with 70% dark chocolate mousse, almonds and hot fudge.
