• The three-course dinner menu is available for $56 per person, plus tax and service.
• Two of the appetizers featured are the Tartare of Ahi Tuna served with chili, soy, ginger, and crushed avocado or the Compressed Maine LobsterSalad served with a cherry tomato petit salad.
• For the main course, diners can choose between a variety of delightful courses including the Filet Mignon served with Madagascan peppercorn sauce, a potato trio, and seasoned vegetables or the Roasted Chicken Breast with wilted spinach and soft polenta, served in a lemon sauce.
