For a romantic French-inspired evening, chefs-owners Amelia and Florent Marneau offer a sumptuous four-course menu with choices. Start off with amuse bouche of
truffle and Peekytoe crab meat remoulade, next choose one item from first course such as cured roasted pork belly, Shigoku oysters, artichoke salad, hamachi crudo yuzu and Nigori sake gelee or Nantucket Island diver scallop. Main selections include: duck confit with potato and chorizo hash, prime New York steak with market wild mushrooms or lobster potage with lobster, scallops, cilantro dumpling and pickled chanterelles. Enjoy a choice of orange blossoms warm cake or chocolate souffle cake for dessert. A selection of four cheeses is available for $16.
